Terms & Conditions

Effective and last updated 5 August 2026.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Dashboard Grid website, analytics application, AI features, subscriptions, support and related services. By creating an account, accepting an order or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and authorized to act for the organization you register. Information supplied during registration and billing must be accurate and kept current.

2. Accounts and company administration

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity performed through your account. Company administrators control user invitations, roles, workspace access, integrations and uploaded content. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access or suspected compromise.

3. Service and permitted use

Dashboard Grid provides tools for importing, organizing, modelling, visualizing and analyzing business data. We grant customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription for internal lawful business purposes, subject to plan entitlements and these Terms.

4. Customer data

Customers retain ownership of their uploaded or connected data. You grant Dashboard Grid and its contracted providers the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up and display that data to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for data accuracy, lawful collection, required notices and permissions, and deciding which users may access it.

5. AI-assisted features

AI answers, forecasts and suggested dashboards are generated from available data and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are decision-support tools, not professional advice. Review important outputs with qualified people before financial, medical, legal, employment, safety-critical or other high-impact use. Hosted AI remains subject to fair-use safeguards, configured token budgets, provider availability and provider rate limits.

6. Subscriptions, currencies and payment

  • Pakistan customers are billed using the plan’s PKR price. Customers registered outside Pakistan are billed using the plan’s USD price.
  • Super Admin may configure PKR and USD prices, discounts, plan entitlements and currency-specific payment accounts.
  • The price, currency, discount and amount due are shown before an invoice is created. Bank, wallet or transfer charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Manual-payment upgrades activate after payment evidence is reviewed and approved. Taxes, withholding and statutory charges are handled as required by the invoice, order or applicable law.
  • Unless an order states otherwise, paid subscriptions cover the displayed billing period. Non-payment may result in past-due status, suspension or cancellation.

7. Fair use and plan limits

Dataset, workspace, dashboard, data-source and AI entitlements are enforced according to the active plan. “Unlimited AI” means no monthly question-count limit, but reasonable rate, concurrency and token-budget safeguards may apply to protect service availability and control provider costs. Attempts to evade safeguards may result in restriction or suspension.

8. Acceptable use

You must not access another company without authorization; probe or bypass security; disrupt the service; distribute malware; use automated traffic that harms availability; violate privacy, intellectual-property or other rights; upload unlawful content; or use the service for deceptive, discriminatory or prohibited activities.

9. Third-party services

Optional integrations, email, hosting, payment and AI providers may have separate terms and privacy practices. Dashboard Grid is not responsible for third-party services outside its control, but will use configured providers to deliver the requested functionality.

10. Intellectual property

Dashboard Grid and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, design, documentation and branding. Feedback may be used to improve the service without restriction, provided it does not identify customer confidential information.

11. Confidentiality

Each party must protect non-public information received from the other, use it only for the service relationship and disclose it only to people and providers who need it and are bound by appropriate duties, except where disclosure is legally required.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment or harm to the service or others. A customer may stop using the service and request closure through an authorized administrator. Accrued payment obligations and provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

13. Availability, warranties and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis except for commitments expressly stated in an order or service-level agreement. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Any additional liability cap, service credit, warranty or indemnity must be stated in the applicable customer order or enterprise agreement.

14. Governing terms and changes

An accepted order or enterprise agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms. Otherwise, applicable governing law and dispute forum will be determined by the service operator’s contracting entity and mandatory local law. We may update these Terms prospectively; material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and may be communicated through the service.
